Critique Photo Requirements
Photos that accompany your critique are used as a permanent record of your Saluki’s MARKINGS at the time of Critique. It is important to ensure lighting is even (no dappled shade, partially in or out of shade), all markings are clearly visible including the paws. Do not use a wide collar as it obscures markings. You may submit images to the Registrar electronically as long as the images are 300 dpi and the print size noted below. Please, DO NOT use a cell phone for these pictures. If a litter is being critiqued, it is REQUIRED that a card with the puppy number that corresponds to the order of Critique on the forms provided by the Registrar, be placed IN the picture. Please, do not use photo editing to add the number or alter the picture. If you wish to send hard copies via surface mail please use glossy photo paper. PLEASE, photograph your Saluki standing as the below pictures demonstrate. Failure to follow these directions can result in a re-submission request. Your help in keeping the studbook for our future is deeply appreciated. Remember, these photos may be used in the future.
